Data Processing

This section explains how data is processed and how personal data is protected.

Types of data processed

Body image for PPE detection, RFID unique identifier, timestamp, worker group, and violation result.

Purpose of processing

Ensuring workplace safety by checking compliance with PPE requirements. Data is not used for profiling or automated decision-making with legal effect.

Storage and retention

Image data and RFID identifiers are processed and deleted by default after 10 days. Optional reporting features allow customers to extend retention on the internal SSD according to their own policies.

Local processing only

All data is processed and stored within the device; no data is sent outside the customer network.

Protection measures

Data at rest and in transit is encrypted, and access to administratively stored data is protected by authentication and role-based access control.

Customer responsibilities

As the data controller, the customer must ensure compliance with local data-protection laws, define lawful basis, and manage employee rights (access, deletion, rectification, objection).

Privacy by design

The system limits data collection to what is strictly necessary and enforces minimal retention by default.
