User Login

To log in to FORXAI Mirror, follow these steps:

1. Use a device connected to the same network as the Mirror.

2. Open a web browser and enter the following address:
   https://<YOUR_MIRROR_IP>/

   💡 Your systems administrator will know the IP address of the mirror.

3. Click Log in in the top right corner.

4. Enter the following credentials:
   Username: customeradmin
   Password: <provided during handover>

   💡 The credentials for users without administrator privileges are as follows:

   Username: customeroperator
   Password: <provided during handover>

5. Click Log In.

   ⚠️ You will be prompted to change your password immediately after the first login. Make sure you note down the new password to avoid having to contact support for a password reset.

After logging in, the session expires in 1 hour of inactivity, after which you will be logged out. The login session is refreshed with every interaction with the platform - e.g. clicking in the UI.

⚠️

There is a limit of 5 login attempts. Upon fifth unsuccessful login attempt, the user is locked out for 10 minutes after which they can attempt to login again.

Forgotten password

Change password

To change the password of your Mirror account, follow these steps:

1. Go to the FORXAI Mirror homepage.

2. Click the avatar in the top right corner.

3. Enter your current password.

4. Enter your new password.

5. Click Change password.

⚠️

Make sure to store the password safely, e.g., in a password manager.
To reset a forgotten password, you must contact customer support.
