Ghost deployment after deletion

Symptoms

You may experience this issue if:

• The deployment you are running performs different logic than the one defined in its flow.
• When you click Start on any deployment, the previously deleted deployment starts instead.
• You are unable to remove the ghost deployment from the system through the FVV user interface.

💡 Tip

To avoid this issue, always reset the deployment state before deleting a deployment.

⚠️ Warning

Resetting the deployment state deletes all data associated with the deployment in reporting.

Causes

This issue can occur when:

• A deployment was deleted without first resetting its state. The deployment's configuration remains stored.
• The system continues to reference the old deployment entry.

Solutions

Contact Konica Minolta representative

This issue cannot be resolved through the FVV user interface and requires support intervention.
